Submission Guidelines for  Presentation  &  Publication: 

• Presentation Languages:  English    OR   any other Spoken Language
• Presentation Time :   Minimum – 7 minutes   to   Maximum – 15 minutes.
• For Presentation :    PPT file  – approximately  min. 7  to max. 15 slides  (with clear readable Fonts Size – 26 or 28. ,  Times New Roman/  Unicode / Mangal / Nirmala UI / Google fonts ) 
• For Poster Presentation size:-   Print Poster – 36″ x 48“ / 48″ x 48“ / 48″ x 60″ inch at conference,    OR    e-Poster :-  1 PNG  image on slide number – 1 OR 2  &  on the next 1 or 2 slides theory in PPT file.

Note: All presentations will be evaluated as per evaluation form by the session chairpersons.     PDF file submission will not be considered.

Exclusion (Not Include)  in Conference Registration Fee :-  The conference does not include Visa, Flight Air Fare, Accommodation, Medical facility and Evening Dinner..  

Additional Charges for City Tour – Places, Sightseeing Places Tickets and Travelling Charges will be in a sharing based Van/Taxi. 

Extra Accommodation :-  night stay accommodation (2 or 3 persons sharing),  morning breakfast.  Residential Accommodation will be arranged as per male / female / family suitability. [ Regular Check-in (01:30 pm)  & Checkout  (11:00 am).  as per local time];  Extra Charge for demand of – Personal room or Accompanying person.    

If you are presenting more than one paper/poster –  An author may submit and present a maximum of 3 papers/posters at the conference. If you are presenting more than one paper/paper at the conference, full payment is required for the first paper/poster. For each additional paper/poster extra fee of 70 USD. The additional paper/poster can be presented by the author / co-authors.

Payment terms – transaction charge :-  All payment must be prior while registration and confirmation.   In Papal and all online payments by card  & international forex payments – an additional transaction charge  11%  must be added by the payer.    

Participants Travel & Arrival Suggestions:    Indians &  Some Asian – European  Countries Citizens Do not Require prior VISA  –  ‘On Arrival Free Entry’ as a FREE Visitor   or   apply for a visitor visa.      Participant can arrive  at  Kuala Lumpur,  Airport,  as per Malaysia.

​Note:- As a professional research organization – organizers have a proper plan and arrangements for ease of participation with offered package – facilities.  But in any undesirable circumstances – situations, organizers can postpone / change dates and/or locations. Conference Participation Agreement needs to be signed by each participant.

Cancellation – Refund Policy :-   50 Days Before Conference: 60% refundable.;      30-40 Days Before Conference: 50% refundable.;     Less Than 30 Days Before Conference: No refunds will be issued.

Note:- Refunds will be processed 2-4 weeks after the conference, excluding transaction charges. Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, force majeure, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.

• The organization is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
• The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. The organizer will have no further liability to the client.
• Registrations remain valid for the event with new dates or for future editions if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control. The refund policy is not applicable to this condition.
• In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
• Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. We advised you to keep checking the website for updates of our conference.
• The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
